Nestled in the heart of Downtown Orillia, Couchiching Craft Brewing Co. stands as the quintessential destination for those seeking a rich craft experience unlike any other.
Our cutting-edge production system allows us to brew both large and small-scale batches of award-winning craft beer, including a gold medal for "Best Dry Stout" in Canada won by our Black River Stout, amongst many others.
In late 2024, we announced exciting new chapter as we merged with our Mississaga St. neighbours, the iconic Brewery Bay Food Co. In a mere couple of months, Brewery Bay moved from their residence of over 30 years - a mercifully short distance of 100 meters downhill - into our restaurant space, bringing together both amazing teams and a selection of menu favourites from both kitchens.
